Edu TXT2IMG Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Edu TXT2IMG you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Site Function

The site is a helper tool that converts educational text into ready-made prompts to be pasted into external AI image-generation services. It does not create images itself, only text.

3. Ownership of Prompts

Every prompt you generate is your sole property. Edufiresoft stores it locally only to serve you. You may copy, modify, or distribute your prompts in any lawful way that serves educational purposes.

4. External Links & Trademarks

Buttons labeled "Conversion Sites" may link to external services such as Meta AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Bing Designer, Leonardo.ai, Midjourney. Those platforms are trademarks of their respective owners. Edufiresoft is not a partner, affiliate, subsidiary, or agent of, and has no direct relationship with, those trademarks. Your use of external services is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Permitted Use

Personal, classroom, or institutional educational use.
Sharing prompts ethically and legally.

6. Prohibited Use

Uploading content that violates any law, infringes intellectual-property rights, or promotes hate or violence.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or extract source code.
Selling generated prompts that include Edufiresoft-owned logos or components without written permission.

7. Scientific Accuracy Disclaimer

Prompts may generate images that are scientifically inaccurate or contain errors. Users must review and verify all images against reliable sources before use. Edufiresoft is not liable for any damages or misuse resulting from inaccurate information portrayed in images created using prompts from this site.

8. Changes & Governing Law

We may modify these Terms at any time. Use is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
